Studio Heir’s policy states that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for any classes, events, or services. Additionally, class changes are only permitted for Heir Stepper Members or individuals who have purchased a class package. Single class purchases are not eligible for changes, rescheduling, or credit toward future classes. By registering for a class or service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
